For certain complicated parts, it can be divided to a 10 plus pieces mold, that means it can achieve a certain number of separated sliding block to achieve different casting features.

Heat treatment can reinforce the strength of aluminum cast parts, but not all aluminum parts can be applied for heat treatment. Only the certain aluminum casting alloy cast by certain casting means can be finally heat treated to refine the crystallic sturture of aluminum cast parts therefore to improve the strength of the aluminum part.
